Two-story Lobby – Highlights include ultra-modern lighting fixtures from France and bamboo wall façade. Indirect low energy LCD lighting and a new glass handrail let in natural light. The all new white quartz flooring and polished stainless steel elevator fronts create a welcoming modern lobby.

Corporate Board Room – The use of natural light, reflective surfaces in the soffit and indirect lighting highlight this room.  The frameless glazing system allows for a “transparent but secure” look.  Recessed projector screens were installed for corporate presentations.

Break Room – This Break Room/Restroom area is centered in the two upper floors.  The perforated ceiling tile looks solid from a distance but up close retains the open ceiling look.  Obscure glazing gives privacy while relaxing on breaks.

Lab – This super-modern lab was built with exposed structure and ductwork to make up for a lack of headroom that would have been accentuated by a conventional T-bar ceiling. Painting all the structure white and lights that shine up instead of down, gives a work friendly, no-glare light for the intricate work done at the benches. The flooring in these areas is a snap together anti-static flooring from Germany.  This is its first use in the United States.
